The Data Analytics Center (DAC) uses personal and individual company analyzes to provide the basis for evidence-based and needs-oriented advice for people and companies as well as expertise through ongoing metadata analyses.

Innovation

The Innovation business area is dedicated to the (further) development of social policy measures through exploratory studies and research to develop new measures and formative (accompanying) evaluation of ongoing measures for the rolling further development of the offers.

The Research business area deals with current research questions on social challenges in the world of work, using a broad methodological portfolio. The spectrum of our assignments ranges from basic work to applied intervention research.
